Cardio Equipment:
Treadmills are covered under a 1-year warranty, including the display, PCB, running belt, timing belt, inverter, and motor and frame.
Elliptical cross Trainers, Recumbent Bikes, upright bikes, Spinning Bikes, Air Bikes, and Air Rowers are Covered Under a 1-year warranty for parts. Metal frames are covered under a 5-year warranty.
Bearings. Pulleys, and bushings are covered under a 1-year warranty.
Warranty excludes
Damage or malfunction due to installation, storage, usage, or operation by the buyer or third parties.
Damage of plastics rubber parts, station wires/upholstery, normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair, improper usage, short circuits, or other electrical faults.
Any personal injury, property damage or damage caused due to third-party handling.
Installation of 5KVA servo stabilizer is mandatory for all commercial treadmills to validate the warranty.
The seller reserves the right to cancel or defer the order event of;
Fire, strike, lockout, natural disasters, war, civil commotion, machinery failure, or any government restrictions of policies.
No liability shall arise due to delivery delays under such force majeure conditions.
If the Buyer seeks replacement or repair for defective good not meeting warranty conditions, the seller may do so its sole discretion.
The buyer will bear the cost for inspection, repair, and transportation.
Any damaged Material dispatched other than company approved (Safe Express, Delivery or Gati) will not be considered under warranty.

Dumbbells and weight plates are not covered under any warranty.
These may have a tolerance variation of +5% to 7%
Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ludhiana, Punjab (PB),India
No changes, additions, or deletions to this Policy shall be valid unless made in writing and duly signed by management.
Any such amendment shall be deemed an integral part of this Policy.
